Initially to be a rarities album, the decision was then made to create a “best of”, with the ironic title noting how the band’s music wasn’t really something you could dance to.
This was further represented with the dancers on the cover tethered to the ground. Apart from the edits made to a couple of tracks, the only real standout difference with this compilation was Money.
With then licence holders Capitol unwilling to allow the use of Money, David Gilmour re-recorded the entire song (with the help of Dick Parry on sax) for this album.
