A Foot in the Door: The Best of Pink Floyd

Released as part of the major Why Pink Floyd? remaster and reissue campaign, this compilation gave a fresh look back at various points in the band’s story, mainly focused on the middle years.

It was released on double vinyl in 2018, with Aubrey Powell and Peter Curzon doing some subtle changes to the artwork.

The title refers to the old salesman trick of getting their foot in the way of a closing door, to hopefully sell their wares - a compilation like this album would undoubtedly result in intrigued newcomers to the band exploring the back catalogue.
