Released as part of a long-awaited restoration of the ground-breaking 1972 film, Pink Floyd at Pompeii MCMLXXII saw the original 35mm footage painstakingly hand restored, frame by frame.
To accompany this, Steven Wilson remastered and remixed the audio into 5.1 surround and Dolby Atmos, with the music released officially for the first time on vinyl and CD (as well as DVD and Blu-ray).
Wilson aimed to remain faithful to how the band would have sounded in the Italian amphitheatre in October 1971.
Two additional tracks - an alternate take of Careful With That Axe, Eugene, and an unedited A Saucerful Of Secrets - were included.
