Where do I even begin? For me, it feels like I didn’t know what music was or how it could make you feel until you came along. From the first time I ever listened to Dark Side of the Moon I have been completely and utterly transfixed by everything Floyd.
Music should make you feel something and no piece of music or anything really has ever made me feel like WYWH. The opening chords of Shine On make me pine for the people I have lost, they even make me pine for Syd and I never even met him. That’s the power of music and the magnitude of what Pink Floyd have achieved.
