I am a second generation Pink Floyd listener. When I was 3, my dad made me listen Another Brick in the Wall, Pt. 2, the movie version to be exact. He bought The Wall when it came out and would always tell me how good of an album it was. Of course I always knew Pink Floyd’s biggest hits, but when I sat down and listened to The Wall in its entirety, I was left speechless. It was so good and so relatable that I just sat there reflected on my own life.
I started to listen to more Pink Floyd music, from all of their eras. And I have appreciated one by one. I also went to a trip in Scotland and bought my dad a CD of The Wall as a gift to him. We listened to it together. You still remain one of my favorite bands to this day.
I just wanna say thank you guys for the music you made. Shine on yall crazy diamonds.
