From a very young age I was introduced to Pink Floyd. My father would play the ‘Animals’ album, and as a child I loved the sounds of the sheep and other animals. Every impactful moment of my life seems to be accompanied by a Pink Floyd album. After my father passed two weeks after my graduation in 2024, Pink Floyd has helped me through a lot of hard moments, and was there for some of the best. In November of 2024 I got my first car and on the hour ride home I listened to the ‘Animals’ album on repeat. Now this year, I got to gaze into the stars with my best friend while listening to ‘Wish You Were Here’ and ‘The Dark Side of the Moon’. And, ‘The Wall’ continues to be one of my favorite movies of all time, that I watch with the same best friend. Thank you so much,
