My first experience with PF was when I was just a we lad browsing a record store at a local mall. I saw a colorful display with a triangle and the name Pink Floyd The Dark Side of the Moon on it. I was not shopping for that, but I did remember it. Years later, I had heard PF on the radio, and decided to buy TDSOTM. I was entranced with the packaging once I opened it: Posters, stickers and the like. Then I put on headphones and listened to the album. The sound canvas that I was presented with has stuck with me all these years. Brilliant. Just Brilliant. I also purchased several other albums from the PF catalog and enjoyed them, but it was not until shopping for Christmas gifts in 1979 that I saw and purchased The Wall. It (in all its various presentations) has remained a stable in my playlist for years. Well done sirs…well done.
