I remember being cained on reffa and cutting a rectangle our of the wall record cover (it wasn’t my record.. But I kept it) and using it to cover an old broken concrete air vent a bird had flown into and somehow got it’s head stuck in.
I have since moved out of that house but from time to time my mind wonders back to the sound of cherps fading and weakening behind the cut out pink floyd record cover.
I kick myself now. It was wrong to do such a stupid thing. But I was young and never thought how much the album would now be worth.
