Standing on top of Derry and Tom’s roof garden with my friend Pete I had a small cassette player and a cassette of Obscured by clouds which I had purchased for my birthday that day.
Surrounded by pink flamingos and other exotic animals looking out over Kensington High Street I fell in love with the floyd and have been ever since.
