I lost both of my parents before I was 18, but I remember sitting with my dad at the picnic table he had made for for dining room listening to Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall on his pioneer stereo system that he bought one component at a time. Every time I hear “Wish you were here”, especially, I can close my eyes and be back in the moment with my dad at the table. It’s amazing how music can connect us to it specific moment in time. To you I am forever grateful for transporting me time and time again.
