Thank you for changing the way I see music. I must’ve been twelve or thirteen when my father brought Pink Floyd to my attention. I had of course known about the band already, I was familiar with the hits like Another Brick in The Wall (Part 2), Wish You Were Here, Time, Comfortably Numb, and others. I had just recently gotten my first pair of “nice” headphones and my father said “You should listen to The Dark Side of the Moon” and I kept it in mind but ultimately put it off. He kept bringing it up and asking me if I had listened to it yet and the answer was always “not yet”. That was until one night in October. I was bored at the moment, didn’t have much to do. So I said to myself “I should listen to that album, got nothing better to do anyway.” So, that’s exactly what I did. Forty-four minutes later, I looked at life and the world as a whole a little bit differently. The journey from beginning to end was unlike anything I had ever heard before and made me a fan of Pink Floyd forever
