Kay

When I was 18, I tried to end my life, and put on Wish You Were Here wanting it to be the last thing I heard. I was found in time. Over the next few years I had a wonderful time, late night parties in Penwoods, with Pink Floyd on in one of the cars, Phil had tapes of all your albums and I fell in love with all of them. I collected up the albums over the years, and each new one as it came out. You have been with me my whole life. I didn’t get to see you live, not enough money but I have watched concerts many times. Pink Floyd is my go to playlist now, along with a few others, but at least one song is played pretty much every day. If I have the choice when I do die to have music playing, it will be Wish you were Here, I still want it to be the last music I hear. My ashes I want in a firework set to the Great big gig in the Sky. Right, enough of that, I’m off to play a random Floyd playlist, I wonder what it will come up with first….
