Pink Floyd has been the soundtrack to my life. I first discovered them during college, when their music opened up a world of sound and meaning I hadn’t known before. As I grew older, I dove deeper into their catalog—uncovering new layers of emotion, reflection, and brilliance with every listen. David Gilmour’s guitar playing struck something profound in me, inspiring me to pick up a guitar myself . My admiration eventually took me across the world to London, where I saw Gilmour perform at the Royal Albert Hall, and later across the United States as I followed his tour. I witnessed Nick Mason’s Saucerful of Secrets debut at the Roundhouse and later saw them play “Echoes” in Pompeii—a full-circle moment for any lifelong fan. Through every chapter—driving alone at night, enduring hard and painful times, or sharing quiet evenings with friends—Pink Floyd’s music has been a constant companion, a reflection of who I am and the journey I’ve taken.
