From the first time I heard Dark Side I have loved your music. From Shine On You Crazy Diamond to Ummagumma to The Wall your highly innovative sound and creative spaces that your music developed into and the inspiration that you have to the world truly has a major impact and changed music forever. Being a guitarist myself, I have been heavily influenced by your music. I’ve even created some music myself that was influenced by you guys. The way David used there blues and morphed it into such a broader and more wide ranged, emotionally charged sound that is capable of conveying such deep emotional levels is revolutionary as are all of you did together. Your music moves people and can instantly transport people to another place, time and mental state. Last night I took some photos of the full moon over Breach Inlet between the Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island here in Charleston, SC and posted it with Breathe In The Air and from just last night I’m up to over 100 likes.
